The Canadian Association of Railway Suppliers (CARS) represents over 155 companies that are important to the operations of the railways and transit authorities. CARS is a member-driven, non-profit association of companies that supply products and services to Canadian railways and export markets. PAIR Silver

Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations

The Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) program, developed by the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB) is designed to assess and recognize corporate performance in indigenous relations. It offers certification at three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold, based on a company’s policies, partnerships, and community engagement efforts. The program aims to support progressive improvement in indigenous relations and provides an online management and reporting tool for participating companies.

SPAL General Contractors Corporation is a company owned by the Tsleil-Waututh Nation in North Vancouver, B.C. that builds partnerships in the construction industry. SPAL, along with its joint venture partners, participate in Aboriginal procurement opportunities within the Lower Mainland and have been creating mutually beneficial projects for decades.
